1. You must already be joined as a soldier to the EPAA.

2. You must be a member(sorry to the non-members)because of the suits.

3. You must be approved by Lecraeman or His staff.

4.You must be an agent in clubpenguin.

5. You must fill out the form below.

The spy troops first suit, Called the X00 stealth suit. Black toboggan(Or a wig or the head phones)black hoodie,bowtie,checkered shoes(Or bussiness shoes or no shoes at all!)Stealth goggles(Or black mask or sun glasses)Ipod(optional) and your color must be black!
